We wanted to provide some notes to consider when placing your order with Louloúdi.

It's best to order 48 hours in advance of when needed, so we are able to fill special orders if required. If you're not quite sure what you like from our online ready to order, it's always best to give us a colourway and a dollar amount and let our designers create for you. Custom arrangements and bouquets require minimum 48 hour lead times, unless we have the floral selects you are looking for on hand.

Our ready to order arrangements represent the overall theme and style of what you will receive. We aim to curate exactly what you see from our offerings, however, pending availability and season, our designers may make appropriate substitutions to flower or container types, while still maintaining the overall tone and feel of the arrangement chosen.

Any substitutions made will reflect an equal or higher value as appeared. 

Flowers need as much love as they give us. Here are some tips to have your florals live a longer life.

i) If you purchase one of our wrapped bouquets, ensure they're in water as soon as possible. Before arranging, ensure you have a clean vase with fresh water. Trim all stems and add the flower food provided. It is best to change the water every couple of days.

ii) For arrangements in our hat boxes, spray florals with fresh water once received to preserve longevity. Continue to spray every other day as needed.

iii) Flowers should be kept in a cool place away from direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents, directly under ceiling fans, or on top of televisions or radiators to help ensure their longevity. All flowers, plants, and trees are living things. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided to ensure the longest life.
